Easy 30-Day Refund & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your jacket. If you are not fully satisfied, you can send it back or request an exchange.
👉 To qualify, your item must:
- Be in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Show no signs of wear or damage
Our inspection team will check the product before we approve your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we approve your return, you will receive a refund confirmation email within 10 business days. We refund the amount to your original payment method.
➡️ Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is ours.
⚠️ Custom Orders: Custom jackets are made for your exact size, style, and material choices. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or refunds on custom orders. Please keep this in mind before placing one.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Our Responsibility – We Fix Mistakes
If we ship the wrong size, color, or design, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we cover the return and exchange shipping costs.
Damaged Products
Every jacket goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, damage can sometimes occur during shipping.
If you receive a damaged item:
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Send them to sales@everlastleather.com within 3 business days.
- After review, we will send you a replacement or exchange.
➡️ Please report damages within 3 days. After that, claims cannot be processed.
Cancellations
- You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the jacket is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

- Always contact customer support before returning any item. We will share the correct return address.
- Product colors may look slightly different because of lighting or screen settings.
- During peak seasons, weather delays, or holidays, shipping may take longer.
